Duties included: Creating/maintaining software and operating system deployment strategies, Active/Open Directory administration, fiber device configuration (including server and router administration and cabling), Symantec Altiris product Infrastructure support and implementation, cutting edge desktop workstation hardware and software support, OSX support and server administration, and more.


Systems Support: 2006-2007

Provided support for Mac and Windows workstations for High Definition and 2K/4K video and 3D modelling workflows.  Specific application support included Adobe AfterEffects, Autodesk Maya, and Apple Final Cut Pro among others.  Hardware support included 3DBoxx and MacPro workstations, as well as various AJA, BlackMagic, and Sonnet equipment.


Game Test Analyst I: 2004-2006

Software quality assurance testing for PlayStation2 and PlayStation Portable games. Occasionally included 100+ hour workweeks to meet a deadline. Concentration, dedication, and extreme attention to detail were all critical to the success of this job. Trained and certified “GTA I”, some training in Technical Requirements Checklist quality assurance.
